The Auction is a night of fun for members of the Dealey community. While the main purpose of the event is to raise money for our school (our children), it is also a terrific opportunity to have a night out with other Dealey parents! Your attendance is a great way to support the school whether or not you bid on any items.

In addition to both silent and live auctions, dinner, dancing, casino type gaming, and N/A beverages are all part of the evening AND included in the ticket price. Some ticket packages also include bar cocktails. All proceeds go to support Dealey!

What can I do to help?

As the saying goes, many hands make light work! There are lots of one-time volunteer opportunities available for anyone who is willing to give an hour or two toward putting on a stellar event. The auction committee will also be asking for set-up help on the day of the auction as well as assistance during the event itself. Anyone can ask a business for a donation or sponsorship at any time. Information is available on the Item Donation tabs.  Know somebody with a vacation home?  Know a business owner? Next time you go out for lunch or dinner at your favorite restaurant, bring along a form and ask them if they’d be willing to donate a gift certificate for the silent auction.

What should I wear?

Many people treat the auction as an opportunity to get dressed up and celebrate the evening’s theme. The LOVE Dealey night should be a blast!  Be comfortable, have a great time, there is no formal dress code for the event.
